Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
A R100 handling fee applies to all approved change-of-mind returns and will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers the administrative processing, inspection, and repackaging of returned items.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The handling fee will not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, or where a return is otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Racewars Society reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method with the deducted handling fee of R100 within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing by Racewars Society.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Racewars Society cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Preorder Items
Please note that preorder items are made or ordered specifically for each drop and may have limited quantities available.
Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, preorder items are generally not eligible for refunds once production or fulfilment has begun.
Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, exchanges may be accepted depending on stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the incorrect item was sent by Racewars Society.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging if applicable
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, refund or allow store credit where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Worn or washed items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products unless defective
No Cancellation Clause
Preorder purchases cannot be cancelled once production, processing, or fulfilment has begun.
Sizing Responsibility Clause
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchasing. Racewars Society is not responsible for incorrect sizing selections made by the customer.
Minor Imperfections Clause
Minor variations in print placement, stitching, fabric texture, sizing tolerance, or finishing are not considered defects.
Right to Refuse Returns Clause
Racewars Society reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or use.
Contact Window Clause
Any issues regarding incorrect or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Hygiene Clause
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or worn.
Refund Processing Clause
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Condition Clause
Returned items must be in original resellable condition with no odours, marks, stains, or signs of wear.
Store Credit Clause
Racewars Society reserves the right to offer store credit instead of refunds where applicable.
Unauthorized Returns Clause
Returns must first be approved by the Racewars Society before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Change of Mind Clause
Change of mind purchases are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Sale Item Clause
Sale, promotional, discounted, and limited-release items are final sale unless proven defective.

Please review the size guide carefully before purchasing. Oversized items are designed for a relaxed fit. We are not responsible for incorrect size choices picked by the customer.
